Holiday Support Hours

Spark Rack provides support options to it’s active customers 24/7/365. Usually our offices are only closed a few times through out the year, below is a list of holidays that our offices are closed on each year.

New Years Day (January 1st)
Founders Day (January 16th)
Administrators Day (April 14th)
Easter (Date Varies [March/April/May])
Memorial Day (May 30th)
Independence Day (July 4th)
Patriot Day (September 11th)
Veterans Day (November 11th)
Thanksgiving Day (Last Thursday of November)
Christmas Eve (December 24th)
Christmas Day (December 25th)
New Years Eve (December 31st)
These are dates our offices are closed in observance of these holidays, support tickets will be answered during this time, however they are held to different metrics than a support ticket logged on a normal business day.

Support tickets logged on Holidays listed above may or may not be answered for up to 8 hours after initially opened.

Spark Rack support representatives reserve the right to place any tickets on hold until the next business day, so long as a solution is not readily available at the time a Holiday Support Ticket is logged. Tickets requiring intervention or physical changes to your hosting account, that can easily be made yourself will be processed on the next available business day.
