Our new website and Enhanced Client Portal will launch on August 15, 2026.

For nearly ten years, Spark Rack’s Customer Service Portal has served as the central place for our customers to manage their accounts, review services, access billing information, and communicate with our team.
The current Customer Service Portal, or CSP, was introduced in 2016. It has served both Spark Rack and our customers well, but technology, customer expectations, and the services we provide have changed considerably over the past decade.
The platform is now due for more than another visual update or minor adjustment. It needs a complete modernization.
Beginning at approximately midnight on August 15, 2026, during the overnight period beginning on August 14 and continuing into August 15, Spark Rack will transition to a completely redesigned public website and our new Enhanced Client Portal, or ECP.
This transition represents a major update to the way customers discover our services, access their accounts, manage their products, review billing information, communicate with our team, and receive important information from Spark Rack.
Customers will notice a refreshed Spark Rack logo, an updated design system, clearer navigation, improved organization, and a more consistent experience between our public website and customer portal.
While our appearance and technology are changing, the values behind Spark Rack are not.
We remain committed to dependable service, straightforward communication, responsive customer support, responsible growth, and continually improving the systems our customers rely on.
The transition is scheduled to begin at approximately midnight on August 15, 2026.
More specifically, the work will begin late on August 14 and continue into the early morning hours of August 15.
During this overnight transition, there may be brief periods when the Spark Rack website or customer portal is unavailable, redirects unexpectedly, or operates differently than normal.
Customers may also be required to restart an existing login session or sign in again after the transition has been completed.
Our team will monitor the launch closely and address any issues that arise.
The website and customer-portal transition is not expected to interrupt active customer services.
Hosted websites, email services, servers, domains, and other active Spark Rack products are expected to continue operating normally during the transition.
The work primarily affects the systems customers use to visit the Spark Rack website and manage their Spark Rack accounts.
There may be a temporary period when the website, customer login, billing information, support functions, or service-management tools are unavailable even though the underlying customer service remains online.
For example, a hosted website may remain fully operational while the portal used to view or manage that service is temporarily unavailable.
Should an unexpected service-impacting issue occur, Spark Rack will communicate updates through the appropriate service-status and customer-notification channels.
The current Customer Service Portal was introduced in 2016.
At the time, it provided the account-management and billing functionality Spark Rack and our customers needed. Over the following decade, it became a familiar and dependable part of the customer experience.
However, the Spark Rack of today is considerably different from the Spark Rack of 2016.
Our services have expanded. Security requirements have evolved. Customers increasingly expect account information to be accessible across desktop and mobile devices. Billing, communication, and support tools have become more capable. The amount of information customers need to manage has also increased.
Although we have continued maintaining and improving the existing portal, there comes a point when continuing to modify an older system is no longer the best path forward.
A modern customer platform requires more than new colors or rearranged menus. It requires stronger organization, clearer terminology, improved security, a more consistent interface, and room for future development.
The Enhanced Client Portal is our answer to that need.
Rather than continuing to add temporary layers to a platform created a decade ago, we chose to build a new customer experience around the way customers interact with Spark Rack today.
The Enhanced Client Portal, commonly referred to as the ECP, will become the primary account-management environment for Spark Rack customers.
It will replace the existing Customer Service Portal following the August 15 transition.
The ECP has been designed to provide a clearer, more organized, and more consistent experience across the major areas of a customer’s account.
Depending on the products and services associated with an account, customers will use the ECP to access and manage:
The exact tools available will vary depending on the services associated with each account.
The goal is not to make account management more complicated. It is to make the information and controls customers already need easier to locate, understand, and use.
The public Spark Rack website is also being completely redesigned.
The new website will provide clearer information about our services, improved navigation, better access to customer resources, and a more consistent connection to the Enhanced Client Portal.
Visitors will be able to more easily explore Spark Rack products, review available plans, access company information, read announcements, locate policies, use self-service resources, and reach the appropriate customer or support area.
Historically, customers could encounter noticeable differences between the Spark Rack website and the Customer Service Portal.
The new website and ECP have been designed as parts of the same overall experience.
Customers will see greater consistency in branding, terminology, navigation, account access, service information, notices, buttons, forms, and help resources.
This consistency is intended to reduce confusion and make it clearer when customers are browsing public information, signing into an account, managing a service, reviewing billing information, or requesting assistance.
Customers will notice an updated Spark Rack visual identity as part of the transition.
This includes:
The refreshed identity is intended to represent the Spark Rack of today while remaining recognizable to the customers who have supported us over the years.
This is not a change in ownership, management, or company direction.
It is an updated presentation of the same organization and customer commitment that have defined Spark Rack throughout its history.
Customers will not need to create a new Spark Rack account solely because of this transition.
Existing customer information will carry forward into the Enhanced Client Portal.
This includes applicable:
Customers should begin by using their existing Spark Rack credentials when accessing the ECP.
Some customers may be asked to complete an additional verification step, review their account information, accept an updated policy, or confirm security settings during their first login.
Should a particular account require additional action, Spark Rack will communicate those instructions directly.
Most customers do not need to take any special action before August 15.
However, we recommend reviewing a few important account details before the transition begins.
Customers should make sure the primary email address and contact information associated with their Spark Rack account are accurate.
An accurate email address is important for:
Customers who have not signed in recently should confirm that they can access the current Customer Service Portal before the transition.
Anyone who cannot remember their password should use the normal password-recovery process.
Organizations with multiple account contacts or authorized users should confirm that those relationships remain accurate.
Users who should no longer have access should be removed, and the appropriate people should be authorized to receive billing, support, service, and account-related communications.
Customers whose plans, pricing, services, or account arrangements are changing will receive separate communication when applicable.
Those notices should be reviewed carefully because they may contain account-specific information that does not apply to the broader Spark Rack customer base.
Most customers can expect the packages, plans, and pricing they are currently subscribed to remain unchanged.
The launch of the new website and Enhanced Client Portal does not automatically move every customer to a new product, plan, or pricing structure.
For most customers, the transition will change how their account and services are presented and managed, but it will not change the service itself or the rate they currently pay.
Some long-standing customers remain subscribed to grandfathered plans that Spark Rack no longer offers.
Several of these plans are more than ten years old.
As part of our broader modernization, Spark Rack will retire a number of these older grandfathered packages.
This change will affect only a portion of our customer base.
Customers who have been with Spark Rack for more than five years may be more likely to have a grandfathered plan, but account age alone does not necessarily mean that a customer’s plan will change.
A grandfathered plan is generally a package or pricing arrangement that remained active after Spark Rack stopped offering it to new customers.
Over time, maintaining a large number of older plans creates several operational challenges.
Older packages may no longer align with current infrastructure, service specifications, support requirements, licensing costs, resource allocations, or available offerings. In some cases, customers with similar services may be placed on substantially different package structures simply because those services were originally ordered at different times.
Some legacy plans also rely on product definitions or billing arrangements that are increasingly difficult to support consistently within a modern customer-management platform.
Retiring selected grandfathered plans allows Spark Rack to:
We understand that pricing changes are significant, particularly for customers who have remained with Spark Rack for many years.
These decisions are not being made casually.
Customers whose grandfathered plans are being retired will receive a separate, direct email.
That email will explain:
Customers who do not receive a separate plan-change notice should not expect their current package or rate to change as part of this transition.
This general announcement is not itself notice of an individual pricing change.
A separate account-specific email will be sent whenever an existing plan or rate is being changed.
The launch of the new website and Enhanced Client Portal provides an appropriate opportunity to simplify and modernize the service catalog behind the customer experience.
Over the past decade, infrastructure, software, security expectations, licensing costs, vendor relationships, service requirements, and operating expenses have changed.
Spark Rack has continued honoring many older arrangements throughout those changes.
In some cases, customers remain on packages created before major parts of our current platform, infrastructure, or service structure existed.
Continuing to maintain every historical package indefinitely would make it increasingly difficult to provide a clear, consistent, supportable, and sustainable service catalog.
The retirement of selected grandfathered plans is intended to ensure that Spark Rack can continue providing dependable service while investing in the systems, infrastructure, support, and security our customers rely on.
Affected customers will not be expected to determine the impact from this general announcement. They will receive information specific to their accounts.
Existing billing, invoice, and payment information will carry forward into the Enhanced Client Portal.
Customers will continue to have access to applicable account records, invoices, transactions, and service-related billing information.
The presentation of this information will look different because the ECP uses a redesigned interface and updated organization.
A familiar item may appear in a different location, under a different menu, or within a more focused account section.
The purpose remains the same: providing customers with clear access to their Spark Rack billing information.
Existing valid invoices and account balances will remain valid following the transition.
Customers with questions about a specific invoice or transaction should contact Spark Rack through the support options available within the ECP.
Customer support remains an essential part of Spark Rack.
The Enhanced Client Portal will provide a more unified environment for customers to request assistance, review support conversations, receive replies, and access relevant resources.
Customers may notice changes to:
The goal is to make customer communication easier to follow and less fragmented.
During the overnight transition, portal-based support access may be temporarily unavailable. An alternate contact method will be published on the Spark Rack website if needed.
The redesigned Spark Rack website and ECP will provide improved access to public information and self-service resources.
These resources may include:
These resources are not intended to replace customer support.
They are intended to provide immediate answers to common questions while making it easier to contact Spark Rack when direct assistance is required.
Modernizing the customer platform also gives Spark Rack an opportunity to improve the consistency of account-security tools and notifications.
Depending on the account, customers may see updated tools or information related to:
Customers should never share passwords, multi-factor authentication codes, or account-recovery information with anyone.
Spark Rack will not ask a customer to send their password through email or a support request.
Customers should access the ECP through the official Spark Rack website rather than signing in through links contained in unexpected messages.
Some familiar sections may have new names or locations within the Enhanced Client Portal.
Information previously distributed across several areas may now be grouped according to its purpose.
Customers may find separate or reorganized sections for:
These changes are intended to make the distinctions between different account functions clearer.
There may be a brief adjustment period for customers who are accustomed to the current Customer Service Portal.
We will continue publishing guidance and improving labels where customer questions or feedback indicate that additional clarity is needed.
The Enhanced Client Portal will look substantially different from the current Customer Service Portal.
During the first login, customers may be presented with:
Not every customer will see every step.
Customers should carefully review notices displayed during their first login before dismissing them.
Some existing Spark Rack bookmarks may redirect customers to the correct destination after the transition.
However, customers should update saved links once the new website and ECP are live.
The recommended method for accessing the ECP will be:
Customers should remove bookmarks leading to outdated Customer Service Portal pages once the ECP is available.
The current Customer Service Portal will be replaced by the Enhanced Client Portal.
Following the transition, customers attempting to access the former portal may be redirected to the new ECP login or account area.
The CSP will no longer serve as the primary customer-management platform.
Spark Rack may retain limited internal access to historical systems during the transition and verification period, but customers should use the ECP for ongoing account activity once the new platform launches.
Customers should contact Spark Rack if account information appears incorrect or incomplete following the transition.
This may include:
Customers should provide enough information for our team to identify the affected account, service, invoice, or portal area.
Passwords and authentication codes should never be included in a support request.
Spark Rack will investigate reported discrepancies and compare the ECP information with the applicable account records.
The August 15 launch is an important milestone, but it is not the end of the work.
Following the transition, Spark Rack will continue reviewing:
Some refinements may be introduced shortly after launch as we evaluate how the new platforms perform under normal customer use.
We will prioritize issues involving account access, security, billing accuracy, service visibility, support access, and other essential customer functions.
The transition is scheduled to begin at approximately midnight on August 15, 2026, during the overnight period beginning late on August 14 and continuing into August 15.
The Enhanced Client Portal, or ECP, is Spark Rack’s new customer account-management platform. It will replace the Customer Service Portal introduced in 2016.
No. The updated website, logo, design, and customer portal do not represent a change in ownership or management.
No new account should be required solely because of the transition. Existing customer information will carry forward into the ECP.
Customers should begin by using their existing Spark Rack credentials. Separate instructions will be provided if an account requires additional action.
Active hosted services are not expected to be interrupted by the website and portal transition. Website or customer-account functions may be temporarily unavailable during the overnight work.
Most customers can expect their current package, plan, and pricing to remain unchanged.
No. Spark Rack is retiring a number of older grandfathered plans, but the change does not apply to every long-standing customer or every legacy package.
Affected customers will receive a separate email explaining the retired plan, replacement arrangement, updated rate, and effective date.
Customers who do not receive a separate plan-change notice should not expect their package or rate to change as part of this transition.
Applicable billing, invoice, transaction, and account records will carry forward, although the way they are organized and displayed will change.
Existing support information associated with the customer account will carry forward where applicable.
Customers should make sure the primary email address and other important account information are current before the transition.
Some links may redirect, but customers should update their bookmarks after the transition by accessing the ECP through the official Spark Rack website.
Customers will be able to contact Spark Rack through the support options published on the website and available within the ECP.
The new website and Enhanced Client Portal establish a stronger foundation for the future of Spark Rack.
They will give us greater ability to:
Not every future improvement will arrive on launch day.
The website and ECP will continue to evolve as we gather feedback, evaluate performance, and expand the platforms responsibly.
Whether you have been with Spark Rack since our early years or joined us recently, your trust and continued support have helped make this next chapter possible.
We recognize that major platform changes can require an adjustment period, particularly for customers who have used the existing Customer Service Portal for many years.
Our goal is to make that transition as clear and dependable as possible.
We look forward to introducing the new Spark Rack website and Enhanced Client Portal on August 15 and continuing to improve the service and experience we provide.
Thank you for being part of Spark Rack.
