What are your plans for the Network Center?
We have a lot planned with the new website, billing system and services.
In 2016, our main goals will be to make our Customer Portal, and Network Portals more customer oriented.
Our customer portal has been redone, but still lacks some flare to it. By the fall of 2016, we should be updating our billing software to a new version to match our mobile app that is in development as of the writing of this post.
Our network portal will also be updated, allowing customers to customize what they see, including servers, domain names, and more. Customers will simply login to the network portal with the same credentials they use to login to the customer portal, or simply jump from one portal to the next without the need to login.
Our network engineers and web teams are still working on all of the specific details, but that is something major that we have planned for these two vital portals.
