The Support Center is moving!
Our support center has outgrown it’s current location…already! And we’re moving it to it’s own subdomain at https://support.sparkrack.com, now this change isn’t expected to happen until well after the new year so here’s what we’d love to get from customers.
Tell us what more we can give you, in the way of tools, information, tutorials, etc. We strive to provide you with all the tools you need to be successful. For example with our Network Center, we’ll be adding some new tools in the new year including a Social Media tag generator, and a few other tricks we have up our sleeves. We’d like to have similar features but for support on our new Support Portal.
Send us an email, create a support ticket, or just call us and voice your opinion on what tools you think are the most valuable tools you need.
Look for our new Support Center launching in late January-ish, or February.
