Customers have spoken. We’ve received hundreds of emails asking for us to put ISPConfig3 servers online for shared hosting, and we’ve listened. Starting January 1st, 2018, we will start offering ISPConfig shared hosting packages to all of our customers.

What is ISPConfig?
ISPConfig is an open source hosting control panel that gives administrators and website owners simple control over websites they host with us. Another amazing feature of ISPConfig is easy clustering. Clustering is where multiple servers work together to accomplish the same goal or provide the same services creating less work for all “clustered” servers.

What are the features of ISPConfig?

  1. Manage services on multiple different servers
  2. Choose between Apache (default) and Nginx
  3. Manage mail accounts across servers
  4. Simple Global DNS management
  5. Easy & Complete Website statistics
  6. Easy Reseller Packages
  7. Strong anti-spam protection for customers
  8. Supports Account Virtualization

How can I sign up?
Starting December 26th, we’ll open up registration to current customers. All new customers will need to wait until January 1st to register for the services. If you are an existing customer, simply contact your account representative or Customer Care and request a transfer.

How soon are transfers completed?
Because transfers require your data to be moved from server to server, it can take a bit to get everything back up and functioning properly. All of your data can be transferred expect emails. Those must be backed up on your end (check our knowledgebase for articles on how to download a copy of your email backup). A full transfer can take up to 4 hours to complete, and may require us to get a approval from you for certain account changes. Each account is different, which is why it’s recommended you contact Customer Care before deciding to make a transfer from panel to panel.
