Sales Inquiry: What makes Spark Rack so great!?
It’s been a few months since I’ve posted anything in my personal blog here so I figured, why the heck not?
Recently a case was passed along to me where a perspective customer asked, “What makes Spark Rack so great over other hosting companies?”
And the answer is simple really. Spark Rack is a good choice for a hosting company because we are run by people who care.
Now that doesn’t mean your current host doesn’t care, but statistically, if you are hosting with a major provider, (GoDaddy, HostGator, BlueHost, etc). Chances are you are one of hundreds of thousands of customers, maybe even millions depending on your host. Now that’s not to say that we don’t have a lot of customers, or we have a lot of time on our hands. But the ratio of customers to staff at Spark Rack is 50:1. For every 50 customers, there is one person that can oversee that account all the time to make sure it’s running as smoothly as possible. Is that to say that you can only deal with that one person? Not at all. Spark Rack is a family, and we operate as such. ANY person within our walls is capable of managing your account, or assisting you with anything you need.
But what about pricing? It always comes down to pricing… Look small businesses and hosting providers will never be able to offer you unbeatable prices on shared hosting the big names can, but will the big companies be able to offer you the customer service and support you need to be successful, the chances are very slim….without waiting on hold forever that is. - We offer discounts for small businesses in CNY, buy local and save.
- Our technical support is second to none. Try it. We swear.
- Our staff is trained, we know what we’re talking about.
- We own all of our own equipment, there are no leases, etc.
- Our Director answers phone calls, just like the rest of the staff.
- We are here to help, not just to provide a service to you.
