What is considered abuse?

Spark Rack considers any repeated unwanted email or soliciation to or from it's customers to those who've not requested it. Spark Rack does take all claims seriously in an effort to prevent spam, and protect our customers.

Does Spark Rack check my files?

Unless we have a reason to physically look at your website, or files. We don't. But we do utilize automated systems that scan all files for any possible viruses, infringement, or other violations of our terms of service. If your website is found to have such a file, you will be notified via email.

How do I know if I'm spamming?

Visitors to your website should have a clear and easy way to remove themselves, or unsubscribe from your website. In accordance with the US CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, internet sites should offer the ability to remove or unsubscribe, which is clearly visible on the website.

If you do not offer this service, you may be considered SPAM.

Are adult, torrent, or warez sites allowed?

No. Adult, torrent and wares websites (or similar websites) are not allowed on our networks. Not because of the content, or because of the stigma, but because they commonly attract malware and virus creators and distributors. In an effort to help reduce the amount of SPAM, Viruses, and Malware on the internet, we do not allow customers to host files who's copyright could be called into question. This protects both your website and our company.
