It’s February of 2022, and a lot of work has gone into creating, testing and releasing our new website. Our new online presence will be rolled out in stages over the course of 2022, to ensure they are done right, and provide the most value to our customers. The schedule for that can be found below, but before we talk about that. Let’s talk about what’s changed on our core website.
SparkRack.com has been completely reimagined from the ground up. The site now matches our current logo, has been simplified and features a redesigned Customer Care Center, and Status Center. Not to mention a more concentrated view of what services Spark Rack has to offer. Over time products and services will be reintroduced, however for 2022, Spark Rack has gone back to basics. Simple, Affordable, Reliable Hosting.
Now that we’ve explained a bit about what’s changed, lets talk about what’s to come in 2022. Below you will discover our release schedule for what new parts of our site are yet to be released. These items will roll out on the schedule below and provide assistance with your accounts, or managing your products and services with Spark Rack.
